Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 26, 2026

MyChartCount.com is operated by Synergyix Healthcare Solutions LLC. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. The short version: we do not collect or store your personal health information, and we collect only the minimum information needed to operate the website.

What we do not do.

We do not collect, store, transmit, or share personally identifiable health information. The estimator on our site runs entirely in your browser. Your answers to the quiz are never sent to our servers. We never ask for your name, date of birth, medical conditions, insurance details, or any protected health information.

MyChartCount is not a HIPAA Covered Entity and is not a HIPAA Business Associate. We operate as an educational and informational tool only.

Information we collect automatically.

Like most websites, we collect limited technical information automatically when you visit, including:

This information is collected through standard web analytics tools and server logs. It is used solely to understand how people use the site, improve the user experience, and defend against abuse.

Cookies.

We use cookies for two purposes: basic site functionality and advertising. Functional cookies remember your preferences on the site. Advertising cookies may be placed by our advertising partners (including Google AdSense) to show you relevant ads and measure their effectiveness.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though doing so may affect your experience. You can also opt out of personalized advertising by visiting the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page or adjusting your Google Ad Settings.

Advertising.

We display advertising on this site through Google AdSense, an advertising network operated by Google LLC. Google AdSense and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve advertisements based on your interests, your browsing activity across websites, and general demographic information. We do not provide any personally identifiable information to Google or any other advertising partner. The ads you see are selected and delivered by Google's systems, not by us.

For full details on how Google uses information from sites that use its services, please review Google's "How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services" page and Google's Advertising Privacy & Terms.

You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time. Visit Google Ad Settings to control the ads Google shows you across the web, or visit the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page to opt out of personalized ads from many advertising networks at once.

Analytics.

We use two analytics tools to understand how people use the site. Both collect information using cookies and similar technologies, and both report aggregated, anonymized data to us. Neither tool identifies individual visitors to us by name.

Google Analytics 4. Operated by Google LLC. Tracks aggregate site usage including which pages are visited, how long visitors stay, where visitors come from (search engine, direct, referral), what devices are used, and approximate geographic location at the city level. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Microsoft Clarity. Operated by Microsoft Corporation. Records anonymized session data, heatmaps showing where visitors click, and aggregate scrolling behavior. Sensitive form fields are automatically masked and never recorded. Microsoft Clarity does not collect personally identifiable information. For details on how Microsoft handles this data, see Microsoft's Privacy Statement.

Both tools help us understand which content is useful, identify usability problems, and improve the site. Neither is used for advertising or to identify individual visitors.

Email subscriptions.

If you provide us with your email address to receive updates or a six-month re-check reminder, we use that email solely for the purpose you requested. We do not sell, rent, or share email addresses with third parties. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

Third-party links.

Our site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or tools. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information.

Your rights.

Depending on your location, you may have rights under privacy laws like the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to know what personal information we hold about you, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. Because we collect minimal personal information and do not sell any of it, exercising these rights is straightforward. Contact us at the email below to make any request.

Children's privacy.

MyChartCount is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it. If you believe we have information from a child under 13, please contact us.

Changes to this policy.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Significant changes will be announced more prominently on the site.
